Stuffing

This is a little meat igloo that we made while stuffing the grape leaves. I promise you, I'm not eating the meat igloo—I was just trying to get in the picture while taking the picture. It's difficult to explain. But I'm not eating the meat igloo. (Here's a close-up of the meat igloo.)

The meat! Behold the meat! There was a lot of it. As I type this, there's still some under my fingernails. We stuffed for close to an hour, so we actually became one with the meat. We didn't make any more sculptures, though—the igloo was enough.

Daniel shows us what a stuffed grape leaf should look like. Uh, before you stuff it. Daniel shows us what an unstuffed grape leaf should look like. From that point, you just roll it up and stick it in the pot. We had a discussion about whether putting the leaves in the pot made them pot leaves. We're still not really sure on that one.
The leaves are stuffed, and we're going to skip the cooking process. What do they taste like?
